Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking a Dining Services Server to provide prompt, courteous service to residents and guests during meals. You will assist with serving, basic food preparation, and dining room set-up for events.

This role requires a high school diploma, a current Food Handler’s Permit, and strong communication and teamwork skills. Servsafe training is a plus in a busy senior living setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current Food Handler’s Permit is required.
• Servsafe training is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve breakfast, lunch and dinner to residents and guests in a courteous, timely manner.
• Assist in food preparation and hospitality duties as directed.
• Clear, buss, and reset tables; help prepare salad bar items and desserts.
• Follow sanitation guidelines and maintain a clean dining area.
• Open/close dining rooms as needed and assist with special events.
