Job summary

Monarch Communities and Brandywine Senior Living is seeking Dining Servers to provide excellent service to residents and guests. The role involves taking orders, serving meals, and assisting with dining operations in a compassionate senior living setting.

Various full- and part-time schedules are available. The position requires a friendly demeanor, attention to dietary needs, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or senior living.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience working with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Take residents’ dining orders in a friendly and attentive disposition.
• Learn and retain residents’ names, special requests, and dietary restrictions.
• Ensure dining room is set up and ready for service with needed items.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing dining room, menus, and serving areas.
• Assist with beverage, snacks, and condiments preparation for service.
• Ensure residents are accounted for during meals and document attendance.
• Assist with special events and in-service training.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and community policies.
