Monarch Communities in Mahwah, NJ, is seeking a part-time Dining Server to provide exceptional service in a warm, resort-style dining environment. The role includes engaging residents and guests, delivering healthy meals, and balancing multiple priorities with grace.

Experience in fine dining or senior living is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is accepted. This position offers part-time hours with competitive hourly pay and a supportive team culture.

Formación

• High school diploma preferred/GED accepted
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
• Experience working with seniors
