Job summary

Trustwell Living at Eagle Pointe Place in Dubuque, IA is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide/Server to join a care-focused dining team. You’ll help serve meals to residents, keep dining areas clean, and assist with presentation and timely service.

Full-time or part-time shifts (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) with weekend and holiday availability. We offer full benefits, generous PTO, and 401K match for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner for residents.
• Must enjoy working with the elderly and all who associate with them. Must be able to interact with residents who are highly susceptible to common illnesses without exposing them to additional health risks. Ability to adhere to assisted living principles in providing services.
• Interacts in a professional manner with Residents, the public, and co-workers. Works cooperatively with management. Displays willingness to assist co-workers when the situation requires.
• CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals to residents on schedule, ensuring hot and timely service.
• Keep workstations, utensils, and equipment clean.
• Learn residents' preferences and personalize service.
• Maintain dining areas clean and compliant with health standards.
• Present plates attractively and monitor residents' needs with the care team.
