Care Initiatives is seeking a Dietary Staff member to join our compassionate team in Iowa, supporting residents across our 40+ skilled nursing communities. This role includes full- and part-time shifts, focusing on delivering meals with exceptional service and maintaining safe, sanitary dining areas.

You will learn to perform food service tasks, complete safety training, and contribute to a caring environment where teamwork and empathy are valued.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in quantity food preparation and service.
• Willingness to complete training in Food Safety, Sanitation and Modified Diets.
• Experience in a healthcare dietary setting is a plus; ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Serve hot and cold meals to residents and manage table service.
• Set up and clear tables and transport food carts.
• Deliver trays to rooms with courteous service.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas.
