Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Promote teamwork in providing services to residents.
• Patience and a customer-focused attitude.
• Operate basic kitchen appliances or be willing to learn.
• Stand and move for 3–3.75 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents meals, take orders, and assist during dining.
• Take orders and close out in the POS system.
• Provide attentive customer service to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Set and reset tables for meals.
• Inform residents about the day’s menu and preferences.
• Prepare beverages and keep drinkware topped up.
• Clear tables and bussing after meals.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and safety.
• Report any injuries to a supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
