Job summary

Trustwell Living of Springfield is seeking a Dietary Aide/Server to join a caring dining team. You’ll help serve meals to residents on schedule, ensure plates arrive hot, and contribute to a warm, family-like atmosphere.

Part-time shifts cover breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with weekend and holiday availability required. You’ll keep work areas clean, support safe food handling, and collaborate with the care team to personalize dining for residents.

Qualifications

• Must speak and write English clearly for residents.
• Enjoy working with the elderly and adhere to assisted living principles.
• Interact professionally with residents, public and co-workers.
• CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals to residents on schedule, hot and on time.
• Keep workstations, utensils and equipment clean.
• Learn residents' preferences and personalize their dining experience.
• Maintain dining areas clean and in line with health standards.
• Notice changes in residents' needs and communicate with the care team.
