Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be present in dining room for full meal service.
• Assist special functions as scheduled.
• Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene; sanitary environment.
• Oversee bistro areas: presentation, cleanliness, stock, beverages.
• Know the daily specials and how they are prepared.
• Learn residents' names and dietary needs.
• Serve hot food hot and cold food cold.
• Attend trainings, orientation and mandatory meetings.
• Sanitize and reset tables; vacuum floors after meals.
