Job summary

MorningStar Senior Living in Everett, WA is seeking a part-time Dining Room Server to provide high-quality meals and a gracious dining experience for residents. You will take orders, relay requests to kitchen staff, and ensure warm, attentive service.

You will maintain cleanliness, assist with special events, learn residents' preferences, and support a respectful, values-driven culture. Prior experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly dining room service tailored to residents' needs.
• Ability to read and relay orders accurately.

Responsibilities

• Be present in dining room for full meal service.
• Assist special functions as scheduled.
• Maintain high cleanliness, hygiene, and a sanitary environment at all times.
• Know the specials of the day and how they are prepared and presented.
• Learn individual resident names, dietary needs, requests, likes and dislikes.
• Must serve hot food hot and cold food cold.
• Attend all trainings, orientation, and mandatory meetings.
