Job summary

Carillon Senior Living in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Dining Room Server to provide courteous table service in our community dining rooms. You will assist the Dining Room Manager with operations and ensure a pleasant dining experience for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 3 months experience waiting tables; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Sets tables and maintains workstations.
• Takes orders and serves guests courteously.
• Clears dishes during and after meals.
• Answers questions about menu items.
• Assists with dish washing and distribution of clean dishes.
• Maintains high level of customer service for residents and guests.
• Advises Restaurant Manager on dining room status.
• Sets up and cleans catering events; completes cleaning tasks.
