Job summary

Sonata Vero Beach is seeking a friendly Dining Room Server to ensure residents enjoy a pleasant dining experience. This role supports a high-quality dining program and works within a caring team in a premier community.

Responsibilities include taking meal orders, delivering meals, setting tables, refilling condiments, and maintaining a clean dining room. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with the ability to lift 15 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Similar experience preferable.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Takes resident(s) meal orders and serves meals correctly and efficiently.
• Provides delivery of orders to resident apartments upon request.
• Sets tables with napkins and tableware.
• Refills condiments and salt and pepper shakers.
• Sets up and keeps salad and dessert counter supplied.
• Cleans dining room tables and chairs and vacuums dining room.
• May perform other duties as needed.
• May have their picture taken and image used in social media or community advertising.
• May be video recorded from devices installed by families in residents' apartments.
