Job summary

Heritage-Woods-of-Freepor is seeking a compassionate dietary supervisor to prepare diverse menus that respect dietary preferences and restrictions, while ensuring safety and sanitation in all kitchen and dining areas. The role focuses on delivering high-quality dietary services with dignity and love to residents.

You will engage with residents in a warm, supportive way, participate in ongoing training, staff meetings, and seminars, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold ServSafe Manager certification.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a diverse menu that accommodates dietary preferences and restrictions.
• Maintains food service areas including kitchen and dining areas.
• Demonstrates dedication to high-quality dietary services while ensuring safety and sanitation protocols.
• Engages with residents in a compassionate and supportive manner reflecting love, compassion, and dignity.
• Participates in ongoing learning through seminars, staff meetings, and other educational experiences.
