Bardwell Residences is seeking a full-time dining assistant to serve meals and beverages to residents while respecting dietary needs. You will prepare dining areas and maintain a clean, welcoming space for meals and social gatherings.

The role emphasizes compassionate interaction with residents, upholding dignity and respect in every engagement. Training in ServSafe will be completed within 90 days of start date, and the team supports a positive, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Completion of a ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 90 days of start date.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Serves high-quality, nourishing meals, snacks, and beverages to our residents in consideration of dietary preferences and restrictions.
• Prepares dining areas, providing a clean and welcoming environment for resident social gathering and meals.
• Assists in maintaining a sanitary and organized kitchen while ensuring compliance to safety and sanitation protocols.
• Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction.
