Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Server to courteously serve resident and guest meals and to help with clean‑up and reset of the dining room after meals. You will assist residents with menu orders, provide beverage service, and help with tray service while keeping the dining areas clean and organized.

Responsibilities include following proper serving techniques, basic food preparation knowledge, and participating in required trainings and meetings.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis and carry heavy objects for 20 feet.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with menu selections and provide beverage service.
• Deliver meals and assist with tray service as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room and kitchen areas.
• Follow proper serving techniques and food storage practices.
• Attend required in-services and staff meetings.
• Interacts with residents, guests, co-workers, and supervisors politely and professionally.
