Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a dining server to courteously serve resident and guest meals and assist with dining room setup. You will provide beverages, help with orders, and ensure cleanliness and reset of the dining area after services.

The role requires excellent service, teamwork, and adherence to confidentiality policies. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow simple instructions.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain good personal hygiene and neat uniform.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents and guests courteously and reset dining room after meals.
• Provide beverage service and assist with menu orders.
• Refill salt/pepper/sugar bowls and assist with tray service as needed.
• Report equipment or tableware issues to supervisor and follow safety guidelines.
• Attend required in-services and staff meetings; maintain resident confidentiality.
