Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; communicate effectively.

Responsabilités

• Assist cook in preparing desserts, meals, and snacks for patients.
• Carry trays to patients and help with dining room service.
• Clean dining areas, tables, and kitchen areas after meals; wash dishes and sanitize equipment.
• Maintain hygiene and infection control procedures in the work area.
• Check temperatures of freezers and walk-ins; stock supplies as needed.
• Set up tray line and record menu substitutions per guidelines.
