Job summary

Westminster Commons in Atlanta is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to assist in food preparation and serving while maintaining clean and sanitary kitchen and dining areas under the supervision of the Dietary Manager or Cook.

You will promote teamwork with staff, check trays for menu and diet accuracy, set up and deliver meals, wash dishes, stock supplies, and participate in required in-service education.

Qualifications

• Assist in food preparation and serving.
• Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen and dining areas.
• Follow supervision of Dietary Manager or Cook.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and snacks.
• Check trays for menu and diet preferences and accuracy.
• Set up trays and deliver meals to residents.
• Set up serving line with cold foods and utensils per menu.
• Deliver loaded food carts to corridor and return unloaded carts.
• Wash dishes, clean equipment, and mop floors in dietary areas.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility records.
