Job summary

Aramark SeniorLIFE+ is hiring a Dietary Aide to assist the culinary team with meal service and to maintain a clean dining environment for residents in a senior living community. You will help ensure safety, proper temperatures, and respectful service to older adults.

This role focuses on supporting residents' dining experiences, following dietary restrictions, and collaborating with the culinary team to provide a positive and safe meal experience in a compassionate setting.

Qualifications

• Be able to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Able to work quickly and concisely under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meal service and presentation to residents.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining areas and serving spaces.
• Ensure dietary restrictions and preferences are observed.
• Monitor food temperatures to comply with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with dishwashing and setting up dining areas.
• Support residents with meals and dining needs.
