Platinum Communities in Wahiawa, HI is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist the Dietary Supervisor and Cook in meal preparation, service and cleanup for residents in an assisted living environment.

You will help feed residents, maintain sanitary kitchen areas, follow HIPAA and privacy policies, participate in trainings, and support a compassionate, resident-focused dining experience. Flexible weekend/holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 14 years of age.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and occasional extra shifts as needed.
• Must have or be willing to obtain CBRF/RCAC certifications, if required by the community.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism while working with elderly and/or vulnerable populations.

Responsabilités

• Set up and clean up the dining room before and after meals.
• Assist with basic meal preparation and meal service according to the planned menu.
• Help feed residents/tenants who need assistance, following safe feeding practices.
• Practice and enforce proper sanitary food handling techniques and safe work habits.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance in accordance with company standards.
