Qualifications

• Experience in dietary or food service preferred.
• Healthcare setting is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with a team.
• Must stand for extended periods and perform physical duties related to food service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation, portioning, and serving meals to residents.
• Prepare meal trays according to resident dietary needs and preferences.
• Deliver and collect meal trays in a timely manner.
• Assist with setting up and cleaning dining areas.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment; maintain sanitation standards.
• Follow food safety guidelines and infection control procedures.
• Communicate with dietary and nursing staff regarding resident needs.
• Assist cooks and dietary management with daily kitchen operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
