Arcadia Care in Dayton, OH is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist with feeding residents and support daily food service operations. You will review meal plans, assist with meal preparation, and help deliver meals and snacks in accordance with planned menus and dietary orders.

The role emphasizes cleanliness, safety, teamwork, and courteous resident interaction. Previous food service experience is helpful, but patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition & enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever maturity level, they are currently functioning.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare and serve meals per menus and recipes, following planned menus and dietary orders and ensuring sanitary regulations.
• Maintain the department in a clean and safe condition.
• Prepare and deliver snacks as instructed.
