Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow simple instructions and kitchen procedures
• Basic math and reasoning skills
• Willingness to obtain Food Handler's Certificate (assistance provided)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up meal trays with care and accuracy
• Assist with food service and deliver meals to residents
• Clean and sanitize dishware, kitchen surfaces, and equipment
• Operate the commercial dishwasher and monitor water temps and sanitizer levels
• Handle snacks and special dietary nourishments
• Put away groceries safely and efficiently
• Help maintain a spotless and safe kitchen
