Guggenheimer Health & Rehab Center seeks a dedicated Dietary Aide to support residents with nourishing meals and strict sanitation. You will set up dining areas, assist in meal preparation under supervision, and deliver trays on time to assigned rooms according to schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience as a dietary aide or similar food service role.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Ability to prepare meals according to instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables and dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under guidance of a dietary manager or cook.
• Deliver dishes and trays promptly to designated rooms.
• Assist in post-meal cleanup and collect plates and utensils.
• Maintain hygiene by disposing of leftovers and taking out garbage.
• Keep food stations clean and wash dishes and equipment.
• Monitor ingredient stock levels and inventory.
• Contribute to upkeep of kitchen equipment and appliances.
