Job summary

Prattville Health and Rehabilitation LLC is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to assist with meal preparation, service, and sanitation. You will support residents’ recovery by ensuring accurate trays, safe food handling, and clean dining areas.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Reliable and able to perform essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Support meal and snack preparation, service, and delivery
• Keep work areas, equipment, tables, and floors clean and sanitary
• Wash dishes and utensils; collect soiled items and store clean items properly
• Review meal trays for accuracy based on menus and diet orders
• Store raw and leftover food safely and correctly
• Follow all Universal Precautions, sanitation, safety, and infection‑control procedures
• Work some weekends and holidays as part of the team rotation
