Responsibilities

• Assist Dietician, Dietary Management and Cook as requested.
• Help with meal preparation according to the dietary needs of residents.
• Assist in serving meals and delivering meal trays.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety during preparation and cleanup.
• Keep work areas clean and organized (tables, blocks, refrigerators).
• Dishwashing and cleaning of utensils.
• Dispose of garbage per facility regulations.
• Obtain food supplies for the next meal.
• Follow safety regulations and report exposures.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
