Responsibilities

• Review, prepare & serve meals according to planned menus with standardized recipes & special diet orders.
• Prepare & serve nutritional bedtime snacks and substitute foods as needed.
• Ensure department cleanliness and safe operation by maintaining equipment and supplies and following infection control precautions.
• Deliver snacks, meals, and trays to designated areas; assist with dishwashing and floor care as instructed.
