Yona Solutions in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to support residents with meals in a warm, clean dining environment. You will set up dining areas, assist the kitchen, deliver trays, and help maintain high sanitation standards.

Applicants should have proven dietary aide experience, good communication, and physical stamina. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; food service certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as dietary aide.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Ability to operate cookware and appliances.
• Friendly with good communication skills.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• High school diploma or equivalent; food service certification is a plus.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under supervision of dietary manager or cook.
• Deliver dishes and trays at designated times and rooms.
• Take down dining areas and collect dishes and utensils.
• Maintain clean food stations and wash dishes, cookware, and silverware.
• Stock ingredients and monitor inventory.
• Assist in tracking expenses and menu planning.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and appliances.
