Qualifications

• Proven experience as a dietary aide (or similar role).
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines is required.
• Friendly with good communication skills and teamwork.
• High energy and physical stamina to assist in dining areas and kitchen duties.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under supervision of dietary manager or cook.
• Deliver dishes and trays at designated times and rooms.
• Clear dining areas and collect plates and utensils.
• Maintain clean food stations and wash dishes and equipment.
• Stock ingredients and monitor inventory.
• Assist in tracking expenses and menu planning.
• Help maintain kitchen equipment and appliances.
