Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a Dining Services Assistant to support food service operations in our Lincolnwood, IL location. You will assist with meal service, tray setup, and resident dining needs, ensuring accuracy and quality in every tray.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 0–3 years in food service, and a Serv Safe or equivalent certification. Safety, sanitation and teamwork are essential in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Entry Level (0-3 Years) in Food Service or Hospitality.
• Serv Safe or local/state certification required.
• Capable of communicating well with management, coworkers and residents.
• Basic cooking and preparation of meal items.

Responsibilities

• Follow dining policies and procedures and assist in meal service.
• Serve food according to portion control and dietary needs.
• Set up, deliver, and verify meal trays and dining areas.
• Assist cooks with menu preparation and inventory control.
• Maintain safety and sanitation in all food service areas.
• Attend required training and team meetings.
