Job summary

High Point Residence Fox Valley is seeking a dependable Dietary Aide to support meals, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and ensure a dignified dining experience for residents.

Daytime hours with every other weekend requirement; candidates should follow dietary guidelines, communicate clearly, and work well in a team. Prior food service or healthcare exposure is a plus, and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and dietary guidelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Previous food service, dietary, or healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and serving meals according to residents' dietary needs and physician-ordered diets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing work areas, and following cleaning schedules.
• Stock, organize, and rotate food and kitchen supplies.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
• Provide friendly and respectful service to residents while supporting a positive dining experience.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and fellow team members.
