Job summary

Royal Oaks is seeking a Dietary Aide to support dietary services in accordance with policies and procedures. You will help with meal service, food preparation, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen and dining area.

The role requires attending to residents, adhering to safety and sanitation standards, and participating in ongoing training as needed. A minimum 12th grade education is required, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a work permit if required.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals palatably and safely, observing sanitation requirements.
• Assist cook and deliver meals to residents.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist in food preparation for meals and snacks.
• Follow policies for meal tray setup and food storage.
