U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join a cross-functional team, delivering dialysis care under RN supervision.

You will help manage treatment initiation, monitoring, and post-treatment tasks to ensure patient comfort and safety. Responsibilities include operating dialysis equipment, maintaining safety standards, and collaborating with nurses and other staff to customize care plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe dialysis treatment and monitor patients.
