Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Patient care: deliver safe, comfortable dialysis and monitor patients during treatment.
• Safety & Quality: prepare, disinfect, and check machines; log results and follow protocols.
• Partnership: work with an interdisciplinary team under supervision to support care plans and meetings.
