Job summary

Foley Dental Associates is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to greet patients, schedule appointments, and support dentists throughout procedures. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of dental assisting experience, excellent professionalism, and a patient-centered approach to care.

In this role you will prepare exam rooms, sterilize instruments, take and process X-rays, handle billing and payments, and maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Dental Assisting experience preferred.
• Outstanding professionalism and a self-motivated work ethic.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure equipment is ready for dentists.
• Assist dentists during procedures by handing instruments and anticipating needs.
• Take and process X-rays of patients and perform lab tasks as instructed.
• Greet patients, schedule appointments, and provide oral hygiene instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures.
