Brookdale is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide dementia care and meaningful engagement for residents in a supportive senior living environment.

You’ll work as part of a team to implement individualized plans, assist with daily activities, monitor residents’ wellbeing and document care with accuracy. Brookdale values dignity, safety and resident-centered service in a community setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3–6 months related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides dementia care following a person-centered service plan and engages residents meaningfully.
• Assists with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming and meals.
• Maintains resident records and reports health or behavioral changes to supervisors.
• Communicates effectively with residents, families and team members and supports safety and dignity.
