Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide dementia care and support for residents in our community. You will follow individualized service plans, assist with ADLs, and promote dignity and independence while fostering a caring, respectful environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, meals, and daily activities, documenting observations, and participating in team discussions. Flexible schedules and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3–6 months related dementia care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides dementia care including adapted ADL's, meaningful engagement and person-centered services.
• Assists residents with daily living activities and supports independence according to care plans.
• Maintains residents' records and reports changes to the supervisor.
