Job summary

Ohio Living is seeking a Culinary and Nutritional Service Associate I or II to support daily culinary operations and ensure quality, nutritious meals for residents. The role emphasizes serving meals, maintaining clean work areas, and assisting with special events under supervision.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and are welcome to apply whether or not they have prior food service experience. On-the-job training is provided and evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food service experience is a plus, but not required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Performs day-to-day culinary functions to serve meals and snacks that are palatable and appetizing.
• Assists in serving meals and delivering food carts and trays.
• Maintains clean, sanitary, and safe work areas and equipment.
• Assists in special events and planning.
• Distributes menus and assists with administration tasks.
