Job summary

Ohio Living is seeking a Culinary and Nutritional Service Associate I or II to support daily dining operations across our facilities in Ohio. The role focuses on delivering quality meals while maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities include meal preparation, serving, event support, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with food service experience a plus, and must read/write/speak English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food service experience a plus, but not required. On-the-job training provided.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Performs day-to-day culinary functions to serve meals and snacks that are appetizing and visually appealing and provide residents with an exceptional dining experience.
• Assists in serving meals as necessary and on a timely basis, delivers food carts and trays, and works in serveries.
• Serves food in accordance with established portion control procedures.
• Ensures work areas and equipment are clean, sanitary, and safe; assists in daily cleaning duties.
• Assists in planning and preparing special events and activities.
• Distributes, collects, and counts menus as necessary.
• Maintains current and accurate records through computers or other documentation as required.
