Job summary

Ohio Living in Akron is seeking a Culinary and Nutritional Service Associate I or II to support daily meal preparation and dining services for residents. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs day-to-day culinary functions to serve meals and snacks that are palatable and appetizing.
• Assists in serving meals and delivering food carts, trays, etc. to designated areas.
• Serves food in accordance with portion control procedures.
• Maintains clean, sanitary, and safe work areas and equipment; assists in cleaning duties as needed.
• Assists in executing special events and planning/preparation.
• Distributes, collects, and counts menus as necessary.
• Maintains records and documentation according to standards and regulations.
