Hillside Plaza on Cleveland's east side seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our rehabilitation team. Working under an Occupational Therapist, you will provide individualized therapy to help residents strengthen daily living skills and reach care goals.

You’ll assess, plan, and discharge, document progress, educate residents and families on home programs, and collaborate with nursing and other disciplines to ensure safe, person-centered care.

Competenze

• Requires an accredited OTA program
• Active Ohio OTA license
• Experience with rehabilitative therapies is a plus

Mansioni

• Provide occupational therapy services under OT supervision.
• Help residents develop daily living skills and use adaptive equipment.
• Assist with resident assessments, care planning, and discharge planning.
• Document treatment and resident progress accurately.
• Educate residents and families on home programs and independence.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment and infection control procedures.
• Protect resident privacy and provide care with dignity and respect.
