Job summary

Foothill Acres Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Hillsborough Township, NJ is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support residents in regaining independence.

You will assist therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans, train in activities of daily living, mobility, and cognitive skills, and document progress while collaborating with the care team to ensure seamless patient care.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.
• 0 years of experience; willing to train and mentor new staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans.
• Conduct interventions in activities of daily living, mobility, and cognitive skills.
• Record progress and maintain accurate treatment records.
