Whitsons Culinary Group in South Mountain is seeking a Cook to provide structure, nourishment, and comfort in a secure residential dining program. You will follow set menus and safety standards while collaborating with a caring team to deliver consistent, quality meals for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• ServSafe and local food safety certifications required.
• At least 1 year of professional culinary experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals based on set menus and dietary guidelines.
• Follow batch-cooking practices to ensure quality, freshness, and timing.
• Ensure food is served safely with correct portions, temperatures, and presentation.
• Keep kitchen and prep areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Log food temperatures and complete required records and checklists.
• Assist with food orders and deliveries.
• Follow sanitation, food safety, and company procedures.
• Support a respectful and routine-based kitchen environment.
