Wilmington Management Company in Ohio is seeking a Cook to assist in meal preparation for residents based on the established menu, including adaptations for special diets. You will ensure dishes are prepared with high quality and presented well while maintaining kitchen cleanliness.

Knowledge of sanitation procedures and the ability to work alone or with a team are essential. A High School diploma is preferred and Serve Safe certification is encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• One year experience as Cook in a restaurant or residential care setting.
• Serve Safe Certification encouraged.
• Knowledge of food preparation practices and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work alone or in a team to accomplish meal preparation and sanitation.

Responsabilités

• Prepares foods according to menu and/or special diets.
• Maintains food service sanitation; keeps work areas neat and free from hazards.
• Performs cleaning tasks as assigned; tends and loads dishwashing machine as required.
• Other tasks as requested or assigned.
