Qualifications

• Two years’ experience of institutional cooking, prep cooking or kitchen work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares meals according to menus and production sheets.
• Prepares high quality meals with appealing appearance and presentation.
• Prepares appropriate portions and quantities as requested.
• Maintains sanitation in kitchen and dining areas; operates equipment safely.
• Follows infection control and safety procedures and reports hazards.
