Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Cook to join our team in supporting residents in a long-term care setting. You will prepare and cook nutritious meals following planned menus and recipes, while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

We value reliable individuals with a positive attitude, good communication with staff and residents, and the ability to follow dietary restrictions. This role includes hands-on training and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous cook or food prep experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods; follow recipes and dietary restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines; maintain a clean and orderly kitchen.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
