Qualifications

• Previous cooking or food service experience is preferred, but healthcare or long-term care experience is not required.
• Ability to follow recipes and safety standards.
• Good teamwork and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals using planned menus and recipes and coordinate food preparation.
• As a Culinary Aide, assemble trays, portion food and beverages, deliver and collect meals, wash dishes, stock supplies.
• Keep the kitchen and dining areas organized; support the culinary team as needed.
