Job summary

The Lutheran Home Hearthstone Assisted Living in Arlington Heights is hiring CNAs to provide hands-on personal care in a close-knit community. Part-time shifts offer a set schedule, with additional PRN opportunities based on staffing needs.

Pay ranges from $19.00 to $22.50 per hour for part-time and $21.00 per hour for PRN, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 403(b) plan, Daily Pay, PTO, and tuition reimbursement. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois CNA certification is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience in assisted living or long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care to residents.
• Assist with nurse-delegated tasks such as recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts.
• Support residents with daily activities and personal routines.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents through consistent, attentive care.
