Job summary

LindenGrove New Berlin, an Illuminus Community, offers assisted living, memory support, and long-term skilled care on a campus designed for comfort and dignity. CNAs help residents with everyday activities, ensuring compassionate care and timely documentation throughout each shift.

This full-time, part-time, and PRN CNA role includes 8-hour shifts with weekend rotation and a pay range of $20–$22.25 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits are generous and support holistic wellness.

Qualifications

• Assisting with ADLs per care plan.
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly.
• Document care accurately each shift.
• Promote dignity and communication while following safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provides person-centered assistance with ADLs including bathing, hygiene, dressing, toileting, mobility, meals, and room prep per care plan.
• Monitors residents’ condition, responds, reports changes to licensed nurse, and documents care each shift.
• Promotes dignity, respect, resident rights, and effective communication while following safety and infection control standards.
• Participates in meetings, training, on-call duties, and other responsibilities.
