Job summary

Avenues Home Care is seeking a certified nursing assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care to elderly, disabled, and vulnerable clients in the Nashville area. You will follow each client’s plan of care, assist with daily activities, and support families while ensuring safety and dignity.

The role offers flexible shifts and opportunities to contribute across multiple local communities. Applicants should have a CNA license (or relevant caregiving experience) and CPR/First Aid is preferred.

Qualifications

• Work requires good communication skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written assignments.
• Proficient with ClearCare Homecare Management System.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living as per the client’s plan of care.
• Assist with medication, housekeeping, laundry, meals, transportation and companionship.
• Report daily activity to supervisor via agency system and logs.
