Avenues Home Care of Tennessee is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support elderly and disabled clients in the Nashville area. You will perform ADLs, assist with medications, and help with daily tasks within a compassionate homecare setting.

The role requires reliability, safety awareness, and adherence to HIPAA and company policies. Shifts include full-time, part-time, and various shift lengths with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with clients and supervisors.
• Ability to follow verbal and written assignments accurately.
• Proficiency with the ClearCare homecare management system expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming and continence care.
• Assist with meds, housekeeping, laundry, meals, shopping and transportation as needed.
• Report daily activities to supervisor via agency system and logs.
• Perform other tasks as requested in the client’s plan of care.
